Subject: How to open application EXE with parametrs in C#

I need to open applicatnion which work in dos and to open it I need to use parametrs for example in cmd I writte:

application.exe -it TXT in.txt -o out.xml

I try:
Process Proc = Process.Start("application.exe","-it TXT -i file.txt -o file.xml");
but not working

Please help
sory for my english anyway :)
