Are you ready for the next step in web development. Microsoft released Silverlight (still the beta release), but we're seeing some great examples of this technology. A serious contender to Flash (actually not even in the same class), but you can now work hand in hand with designers and put your code behind some really sharp looking applications. Controls can be rendered in vector format in either 2D and some simulated 3D (real 3D support is coming though). The idea is this plug-in is cross-browser and has a small install (about 1MB).
Be sure to check out the samples on the Silverlight site to see how XAML is really ready to go. Just think of the possibilities having a high fidelity interface and being able to put some AJAX and .NET code behind it all.

Posting something to prove my existence in this blogosphere :)
The project i am working on is a great learning thing for me working on reflection
Well to give a brief idea i have to create a utility which will compare 2 versions of a set of dlls and find the version compatibility issues arising out of it and make a report from the compatibility issues.......
