The Google Analytics Module provides an easy way to add the JavaScript code generated by Google Analytics to your DotNetNuke pages. The module simply reads in the JavaScript file from disk and replaces the [ACCOUNTNO] token with the Google Account Number for your site, supplied in the module edit page. The result is cached so the module does not have to read from the disk on each page request. The use of an external file allows Hosts to change the JavaScript should Google make changes or develop a new program.
